Compare the Lantern No. shown during activation with the lantern you received. Confirm the correct record before claiming. If it already belongs to another account, contact support rather than activating again.

Open Our Journey, choose a chapter and page, then add a photograph and caption. A caption explains the small detail you want to remember. Save the page before returning to the chapter library.

Open Our Galaxy to add or edit a dated memory. Example: Our First Adventure, with the date, a short story and a photograph. Published memories appear as interactive stars.

Open Letters, add a title and write your message. Example: My Favorite Place. Keep it as a private draft while you find the words; choose sharing deliberately when it is ready.

Open Music & Audio to add your main recording, or attach audio to a Journey page or memory. Our Universe gathers your published recordings into compact cards. Visitors choose when to play them.

Tap the lantern to visit your shared universe. The Moment Key opens activation and owner access. Keep the Key private; share the lantern experience instead.

Open the Moment Key link, verify your email, then confirm the Lantern No. before claiming. An already claimed lantern stays with its existing owner.

Use the newest code in your inbox or spam folder. Enter it exactly as sent. A code can expire; wait for the resend timer before requesting another.

Open Home details. Add a title such as Our Little Universe, both names, a dedication and your special date. Save before switching screens.

Open Photos & Gallery. Choose your favorite portrait. Wait for the upload to complete and check the owner preview.

Open Music & Audio to upload your song or voice recording. Visitors start playback themselves. Check the displayed file limits before uploading.

Open Our Journey, add a chapter, choose a date and write its introduction. Each chapter can hold multiple pages, photographs, captions and audio.

Open a chapter to add pages. Reorder chapters and pages using the editor controls. Choose Celestial Journal, Orbit of Us or Written in the Stars and preview the published presentation.

Your dated memories and chapter pages become stars. Add a memory in Our Galaxy; edit its title, date, message, photos and audio in its focused screen.

Write letters under Letters. Draft letters are private. Set an unlock date for a future letter and explicitly share it when ready; the visitor sees a sealed envelope until that time.

Gallery photographs are grouped by their associated memories and chapters. Add or replace photographs in Photos & Gallery or their chapter pages. Soundtrack cards use your saved audio.

Open Moonlight Messages to write one message for each of four moon phases. Save them privately or explicitly share them. Tap the moon on Home to open the messages.

Use Send Love from your universe to prepare a romantic surprise. A private exchange link is separate from your lantern and Key. Available exchange controls explain any deployment requirement.

Text on a published Moment can be saved privately. Preview as the owner, then apply your changes from Settings & Privacy. Draft and visibility controls determine what visitors can see.

Public visitors see published content only. Private drafts and sealed letter messages stay protected. Share Our Universe uses the lantern link. Never share the activation Key as a public link.

On iPhone Safari open the lantern link, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android Chrome use its Add to Home Screen option. The public shortcut is Moon & Back; the Key shortcut is Moon & Back Key.

Keep your Moment Key. Sign in with the same verified account through More → Manage My Moment. You do not activate an existing claimed lantern again.

A missing Moment: check the original lantern URL. A failed save: reconnect and reopen the editor before retrying. A failed upload: check its type and size and wait for completion. An expired session: sign in again. For help email mailto@artisanmomentsbypascal.com.
